In TOP ELEVEN , you can train your players in order to improve their skills that directly affect their game performance . Players can improve by playing games or training .
There are 3 types of training :

Stretching Cardio Match practice

We recommend using all three types of training one time per day in the days when only one game scheduled . With training or match play players generate skill points that you can use to improve the following aspects of player 3 : Defense , Attack , Physical and Mental . In addition , if you want to speed up the progress of your players , you can buy skill points . Depending on the type of training , your players will get an average of 10 % - 30 % of 1 skill point ( depending on age , talent and intensity of training they can get even up to 150 % ) . However , please note that after every game they play and each training session they participate , they will lose between 3 % - 9 % of their conditions, Top Eleven’s Health packs serve to give players a small boost, raising their overall efficiency in your team. Having this type of training have been , players will progress quickly and counter displays the time remaining until the type of training will be available again displayed . You can monitor the progress of each player's skills using a blue progress bar . When the blue bar is full , the player will gain 1 skill points that you can assign players to increase Defense , Attack or Physical & Mental skills . The advantage is player growth ( in percent ) since the last exercise . Additionally , you can control the intensity of the training .  

There are 3 levels of intensity :Rest - players will not trainNormal - players will train normallyHard - players will train harder and faster forward , but he likely higher injury

Your player will get a 5 % increase every 3 hour conditions , so be careful how often and how hard you train them . The more you practice , the more tired they will and thus perform worse in the match .Young players forward very quickly while older players advanced more slowly . All players rising faster if they participate in the game , therefore, you should play your starting lineup to give all your players a chance .

Tips :
  1. Players should be coached up his stamina 0 % Do not be afraid.
  2. 24 hours a day , 3 hours +5 % stamina >> means one heart + 40 % stamina.
  3. Annuals you can expand up to 2 stars.
  4. Impose exercise caution , injury prone. 
  5. Players Backing not too often , because Morale will decrease
